Staff was very helpful! They had a medical E collar that I needed for my pup who had just had surgery . They had a special toy that I was looking for as well.. great experience

They have baths with everything that you need to take care of your pets. Shampoo, wash cloths, towels, even dryers...and they clean up after your done! They even supply treats...excellent idea.

We took our black lab. For a wash. It cost only $10 ,you wash your own pet with there shampoo, towel fur dryer and apron to cover your clothing.

Great customer service! I love the self service dog wash stations--well equipped, spacious for my 90lb gsd. Good shampoo selection. Great towels too.

Love this store; they have alot to offer. Store has frequent sales as well as reward customer(s) which has its own perks. You can also wash your canine in any of their three washing stations (area sectioned off by a gate). What is amazing is, it only costs $10! They provide the shampoo, towels, and blow dryer. They have several shampoos to choose from based on your canine's needs. I've never seen this offer elsewhere.

Today, Saturday, 10/22 a cloudy, rainy Saturday, I decided to bring my mini Schnauzer George to Pet Valu for a bath session. This was my first time, however my sister has been several times and recommended this place. I was greeted upon entrance and paid for my wash / dry and shampoo / towels blow dry included, can not beat it! There are three individual stalls and it is first come first serve. I waited about five minutes and was ready to go. Erin, one of the customer associates was great! She would get me more towels, clean up, selected shampoo, was just very helpful...mind you, I would have done, however I have an injured leg and am using a knee walker. The other associate who's name I did not get, was also fantastic, asking if I need anything else, checked me in with a smile, and after my dog had an accident in the store disposed of the waste with a smile. Thank you girls for an awesone, easy, and fun experience and that is only for me, LOL....my dog enjoyed it too! Keep up the great service with a smile, I "we" will definitely be back.
